Heel welkom om mee te doen aan een workshop!
Ik geef regelmatig workshops. Werken in een groep is een heel krachtige manier om dichter bij je gevoel te komen, om in contact te komen met oude pijn en belemmerende overtuigingen, en om die te transformeren. Daarnaast is vaak ook heel fijn om in een groep met innerlijk werk bezig te zijn. Je kunt je aanmelden door mij een mailtje of appje te sturen.

The Body Knows: A Journey into Feeling
6 tot 8 feb, Westelbeers (Brabant)
Introductieworkshop Core Energetica. Een fantastische gelegenheid om kennis te maken met lichaamsgericht werken in een groep en om de levendige community van het Netherlands Institute of Core Energetics te leren kennen. 'Je weet niet wat je meemaakt', zou ik zeggen. Er is zoveel uitnodiging om te voelen en om jezelf te zijn, er is zoveel levendigheid in deze school. Je kunt niet anders dan dieper in contact komen met je eigen gevoel, je authenticiteit en je diepere verlangens.
Ik begeleid deze workshop samen met Riet Mellink.
De workshop wordt in het Engels gegeven en zijn altijd mensen die willen vertalen als dat nodig is.
Je verblijft tijdens deze workshop in een conferentiecentrum (Eigentijds Erf), waar de hele community verblijft.

Allowing the Flow | Relating from your Authentic Self
​Hieronder zie je de workshop Allowing the Flow die ik voor de derde keer ga geven met Nuno Salema (uit Portugal). Het is een weekeinde workshop en we houden deze in het centrum Cordium in Nijmegen.
Onze deelnemers van de voorgaande workshops waren heel enthousiast over de inhoud en diepte van de workshop. Ze voelden zich aan het einde van de workshop veel vrijer en levendiger.

De workshop wordt gegeven in het Engels. Er is altijd vertaling mogelijk tussen het Nederlands en Engels. Er zal een grote diversiteit zijn in de groep en er zullen mensen meedoen uit verschillende landen, want deze workshop wordt vaak ook bezocht door studenten van de internationale beroepsopleiding van NICE (Netherlands Institute of Core Energetics). Je kunt zeker ook meedoen als je voor de eerste keer komt. Je kunt voor een gering bedrag in Cordium overnachten.

Working in a group can be a powerful way to come closer to your feelings, to connect with old pain and limiting beliefs, and to allow transformation to happen. At the same time, doing inner work in a group often feels supportive and enriching.

An introductory workshop in Core Energetics. A wonderful opportunity to experience body-oriented work in a group and to get to know the vibrant community of the Netherlands Institute of Core Energetics.
“You won’t believe what you experience,” I would say. There is such a strong invitation to feel and to be yourself, and so much aliveness within this school. It naturally invites you into deeper contact with your feelings, your authenticity, and your deeper longings.
I will be co-facilitating this workshop together with Riet Mellink.
During the workshop, you will stay at a conference center (Eigentijds Erf), where the whole community is staying together.

Allowing the Flow | Relating from Your Authentic Self
Below you’ll find information about the workshop Allowing the Flow, which I will be offering for the third time together with Nuno Salema (from Portugal). This is a weekend workshop held at Cordium in Nijmegen.
Participants from previous editions were very enthusiastic about the depth and content of the workshop. Many shared that they felt significantly freer and more alive by the end of the weekend.
The workshop is taught in English. Translation between Dutch and English is always possible. The group will be diverse, with participants from different countries, as this workshop is often attended by students from the international professional training program of NICE (Netherlands Institute of Core Energetics). You are very welcome to join even if this is your first workshop.
Overnight accommodation at Cordium is available at a modest cost.
